Okay, real quick post. I don’t know how many people are life-long pokemon fanatics like yours truly, but I figured I need to go ahead and help get the news out. Pokemon HeartGold and SoulSilver, the generation IV remakes of Gold and Silver versions, has finally been given a release date! It’s been confirmed that the remakes will go public September 12th, 2009! Now I’m not privy to whether this is the Japanese release date or the American one, but still, the fact that they’re coming out THIS YEAR is cause enough for a celebration! I myself will be getting a copy of HeartGold promptly after the release in order to promote the most unloved legendaries. That’s right, I’m talking about Ho-Oh and Raikou. xD Anyway, I know that it’s still a long while until they’re actually released, but I’ll be sure to post my friend code once I get my copy! That reminds me… I should post my Platinum friend code…. Anyway, catch you guys later!

God I’m mad at myself… so I’m playing Pokemon Gold just to prepare myself for HeartGold and SoulSilver, and I headbutt a tree. A shiny execute falls out. I spazz out, not believing my luck, only to find that when I start chucking pokeballs at it… I have one great ball… and a lure ball. Doesn’t matter anyway, I ended up knocking it out. Geez I’m disappointed, that guy woulda had a guarenteed space on my team…

Hey, probably shoulda mentioned this when it actually happened, but as you can tell, I’ve changed my theme! The old one was getting way too depressing, so I went for a happier, summer-ish one. Besides, this one has the option of a custom header. I love my new header… anyway, just to make this ultra random, here’s a video! Watch it it!

Nintendo finally put the Member Pass over Wi-Fi, so all Platinum players can have the chance to own Darkrai! Sorry if the quality wasn’t all that great, this was also a test of my webcam’s recording capabilities.

Contrary to what I say, your pokemon do NOT get healed once you wake up in the inn. It just plays the jingle for some reason. Damn you old man!

To catch Darkrai, first you must have the Mystery Gift option unlocked. To do this, go to the Jubilife TV Station and talk to the man on the third floor who asks you your opinion on television. On the first screen, put in ‘everyone happy’. On the second screen, put in ‘wi-fi connection’. He’ll say that you must be someone in the know, and then the mystery gift will be activated next time you go to the main menu. Next, you must use the Mystery Gift when you start up the game. Select ‘get via nintendo WFC’ and you’ll begin downloading it! NOTE: you must have Wi-Fi to do this. Then onve in the game, just go to any pokemart and talk to the green suited delivery man. He’ll give you the Member Pass. Then, just go to Canalave City and go to the inn. And there you have it!

Gah! Sorry sorry sorry! I know I said I’d be posting any updates I did to my Deviant too, but to be honest, I’ve actually updated several times since then… ^^; So, to make up for it, I’m gonna post my latest piece here first before putting it on Deviant.

Alias I: Sigma and Piemon

 I dunno how many people have read the super special awesome manga Digimon V-Tamer 01, but this is a picture of two of my favorite characters from it. This is actually the second picture in my V-Tamer series, but I’m not gonna post the first one as that was put on Deviant a loooooong time ago. Anyway, this is the first of Neo Saiba’s Aliases, Sigma and his partner, Piemon (Piedmon in English). To be honest, I hated this guy the first time he appeared. I mean, he finds out that someone he met maybe three days before was just pretending to be his friend to cheat off him in school, and he goes and vows to never speak or show his true face again so that that’ll never happen to him again? But by the end of the series, he had become one of my favorite characters. It was sad when Piemon was killed. I mean, that must’ve been embarrasing. A mega killed by a fresh? Yeah…

Anyway, here are the pictures that I’ve posted since my update.

Heavy Lobster

Here we have Heavy Lobster from the Kirby Super Star Ultra, by far the awesomest boss of the game. I support him for an assist trophy in the next Smash Bros. game. I mean, he’s almost exactly like the Galleom boss in Brawl, in terms of move-sets, only much more awesome.

Team Meta Knight

Just a quick sketch I did of the Meta-Knights from Kirby, being Meta Knight, Sword Knight, Blade Knight, Ax Knight, Mace Knight, Trident Knight, and Javelin Knight.

Midboss All-Stars

Just another quick sketch of the midboss all-stars from SSU that inadvertently came out looking like the Team meta Knight one. The midboss all-stars being Bugzzy, Poppy Bros. Sr., Bonkers, Jukid, Iron Mam, Chef Kawasaki, and Mr. Frosty.

Note: The title is a Devious phrase, so yeah. xD

We fight the golem and continue through the level, meeting up with Hunter the bad-ass cheetah! just a warning, the first level’s going to be pretty rocky. I was still getting a feel for recording.

The first part of my LP! We begin our journey to save the world and face up to endless hordes of grublins! Watch the background at around 7:57… yeeeaahh…. And yes, I swear when the golem comes up. I couldn’t help it, it surprised me!

Now, I said I’d update this site whenever my other sites were updated, and that included my youtube account. However, the one big project I’m doing on Youtube right now is a Let’s Play of the Legend of Spyro: Dawn of the Dragon. So before I can start regularly updating, I have to post the previous parts I’ve made. So here’s the preveiw video I made for the LP:
